Sparking Synergy, Reaching Greater Heights Top 10 Public Broadcasting Stations Converge at Taipei Broadcasting Station to Forge a Future of Collective Success

Taipei Broadcasting Station (TBS) held a professional training and experience-sharing conference for public broadcasting stations today (Oct 24), inviting Taiwan’s top 10 public radio stations to participate. Notable Golden Bell Award winners, including Mali Liu, Ming-Lien Li, and Kuo-Hsuan Hsieh (Qia gued hien), joined to share their insights on program production principles and future aspirations. The event focused on how to use radio as a medium to promote cross-cultural integration, support diverse platforms, and enhance the quality of broadcast content. TBS Director Shao-Chien Hu expressed hopes that this conference would foster closer partnerships among public broadcasting stations, paving the way for a future of mutual success.


According to TBS, the conference was tailored to the unique functions of each respective station’s various departments, offering professional discussions and experience-sharing sessions. Sessions held by TBS, themed “Bringing Taipei’s Voice to the World,” explored cross-border cultural exchange. Hakka Radio presented its “AI Hakka Voice Broadcasting - Automatic Generation System,” addressing cultural integration and resonance across diverse communities. In addition, Radio Taiwan International discussed inter-station collaboration and strengthening audience connections under the theme “Together Stronger.” Fu Hsin Broadcasting Station and National Education Radio shared insights on new platforms and marketing strategies, while Alian Radio, Voice of Han Broadcasting Network, Kaohsiung Broadcasting Station, Fishery Radio Station, and Police Broadcasting Service exchanged valuable experiences in resource integration and collaboration. This gathering fostered collaboration among stations, aiming to jointly drive innovation and growth in Taiwan’s broadcasting media landscape.


According to TBS Director Shao-Chien Hu, it is hoped that this conference will deepen program collaboration and resource integration among stations, enabling them to elevate production quality and face future challenges together. He expressed his wish that all attendees would find value in the event, working collectively to amplify the social impact of public broadcasting stations.
